Policy
Shipping Time Frame:
Under normal operating conditions, orders take 2-7 business days to process before shipping. USPS Priority mail is our standard method of shipment. The USPS makes an effort to delivery Priority parcels in a 2-3 day time frame; however, neither the USPS nor Gospel In A Jar makes any guarantee of delivery dates. Customers are asked to keep in mind that once packages are tendered to the USPS, Gospel In A Jar no longer has any control over the package.

Returns/Exchanges:
We maintain a 30 day return policy. You may return your unused item(s)—at your expense—to us, in the same condition it was received in, within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange:
When requesting an exchange: in addition to including the information in your email, also include a note in your return detailing what item (color, size, etc.) you need your returned item exchanged for.
2) a) Once you receive confirmation from us to return your item, you will need to ship your item for return to:
b) If you are returning your item for refund, you may elect for us to email you a return label for you to print out and attach to your package, and we just subtract the shipping amount from your refund.
3) A refund or exchange will be issued once we have received your returned items.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
**Shipping costs are non-refundable.**
Damaged/defective items:
If you receive your item and it is damaged/defective, you may send us an email with photos of the damage/issue to info@gospelinajar.com within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement item(s) at no cost to you.
Non-refundable items:
Purchase of gift cards cannot be refunded. Items that were purchased at a discounted price (marked "sale") without a code is non-refundable.
Lost or stolen packages:
Once Gospel In A Jar tender packages to the US Postal Service (USPS) (or other shipping provider) we no longer have any control over your package. As a result, Gospel In A Jar is not responsible for packages lost or stolen, while in transit or after being delivered. If the shipping provider’s tracking service information says "delivered" and you did not receive it, please contact them to see if they can locate it.
